I’m a freelance project manager, administrator and creative assistant.
I offer one-off support services, complete project delivery and weekly retainers.

I’m Tash. Also known as Tig.
I’ve been managing projects for 12 years and making music since I can remember.
Otidesk was created in a merging of my two worlds.
In my corporate career I was constantly searching for ways to bringing creativity to the forefront.
In my music career I was seeing how often creative people were missing practical tools and support systems that would allow them to do their best work.
The result was Otidesk.
A means to offer creative support to businesses, and business support to creatives.
Book a project, session or quick hello.
I’ve worked with:
emerging + established musicians
producers + engineers
creative studios
visual artists
fashion designers
consultants
non-profits + community orgs
First Nations entrepreneurs
sporting clubs
lawyers
CEOs, boards + directors
local councils
On things like:
tour logistics + research
music release preparation
publicity outreach
national charity fundraisers
event production + pop up shows
digital campaigns
systems design + development
copywriting (including grants)
creative installations
auctions + exhibitions
target market analysis
business ideation + strategic planning
And some things that can’t be bulleted:
I once heat-sealed 600 sample packs of coffee beans with a hair straightener for a developing supplier who only delivered in bulk, and gifted them to a room full of coffee-drinking executives to promote small, local business.
I once batch baked 300 mini pavlovas in my 1970s sharehouse oven with bushfood-infused ingredients sourced from Mabu Mabu’s pop-up pantry to help an under-funded non-profit host their NAIDOC week celebrations.
I once sent 150 lawyers, accountants, and executives sailing down Birrarung (Yarra River, VIC) at sunset in a fleet of mini boats set with handcrafted picnic baskets to stimulate casual, real connection that’s the often missing piece in corporate networking.
Can I help you?
Sometimes the best ideas just need a little help to get off the ground (think: funding, people, action steps). If your idea needs a creative solution, an extra pair of hands, a timeline or a spreadsheet, an achievable plan, a pitch deck, a 2IC, a researcher, or just someone to keep you accountable, I can help you.
