I’m Tash, maker of Otidesk.

Otidesk was born from the merging of my two worlds - creator and administrator.

Oti is the creator in me. It is derived from my music project (Officially Tig) and represents the spark that has always infused my work, even from the greyest of office cubicles.

Desk is the doer, manager, administrator. The part of me that labels everything and analyses the details. The place I lock-in to turn thoughts into things.

From the very beginning, I’ve known two things. I wanted to create and I wanted to do business. Growing up torn between my pragmatic, orderly traits and my fanciful, imaginative mind sent me on winding 12 year path collecting the skills that would land me here.

Here being the place where business and creativity collide.

The 12-year path

I’ve worked in corporate, non-profit and social impact settings, as PA, project manager and 2IC to top executives and big thinkers.

I’ve played in pub bands, indie bands and toured with some of Australia’s favourite artists.

I’ve managed office builds, conferences, fashion shows, strategic plans, digital campaigns, health expos and top performing teams.

I’ve sold out headline shows, released an EP and recorded an album with an ARIA-nominated producer.

I’ve helped my managers take mat leave, study leave and reduce to part time hours knowing their projects are under control.

I’ve helped my audience feel a part of something special while working with limited budgets and resources.

And now the two worlds meet bringing you the best of both.
